This property was part of a portfolio of new builds. We were instructed by the developer as the desire was to have the property furnished for sale. Having built on an existing relationship with the developer, we were given free rein on the interior space. The approach was ultra-contemporary with a wide-reaching appeal, offering a dream coastal lifestyle.

The sharpness of the new build required softening and this was done using a mixture of texture and layers. Varying fabrics were used to create depth and add colour, including linens and velvets with some fun tassels thrown in. A split-faced stone wall in one of the living areas connected the interior with the surrounding landscape while up-lighting from floor level added to the undeniable elegance.
